An Indian household is always stocked with different spices all year long. we all use it in our food for flavors did you know how beneficial these ingredients are for your health? Cinnamon or Daalchini, is a delicious spice that comes from the bark of a tree. It is considered great for people with high blood sugar. as it slows the breakdown of carbohydrates and increases insulin sensitivity. it gives a sweet taste to the food which makes it a great alternative to sugar. and it also helps in weight loss. so you can make a cinnamon tea Sprinkle it on your coffee or you can make a drink by boiling some water adding honey, lemon and cinnamon to it. Or add it to your healthy shakes or foods Garlic helps to detoxify the body and purifies the blood. also treats cold and flu and strengthens your immunity. When consumed raw it is great for regulating blood sugar levels and high blood pressure. it’s topical application will give you healthy looking skin and prevent hair fall. you can add garlic to your soup or pasta Use it as a topping for your pizza add it your sauces or you can also consume garlic raw with a glass with a glass of water Ginger is a tropical plant, it not only adds flavor to your food but is full of nutrients.
