    The foods you mention are fine. But! We do NOT get high cholesterol from eating foods with high cholesterol in them. Eat as much butter, bacon, high fat meats, cheeses and creams as you like. High Insulin levels and insulin Resistance and High Cortisol levels (stress hormone) is what causes high cholesterol, so eat very low carbohydrates since carbs raise insulin. Fat does not.
    Also, you only get clogged arteries if inflamation is present, no matter how high your cholesterol. Cholesterol is simply trying to repair an inflamed area, which is why a plaque begins to build using cholesterol is the building blocks. If inflamation is not present, then no buildup will occur.
